A book-lover's day out marking the Literary Escape Festival's first birthday, with indie authors, book signings and craft stalls in Edinburgh.
The Literary Escape Festival returns to Edinburgh on 14 November 2026 to celebrate its first birthday. Visitors can meet independent authors, have books signed and browse stalls from small businesses and makers selling items such as bookmarks, candles and handmade gifts. The day runs from 10:30am to 2pm, with doors at 10:15am, and is aimed at readers, writers and anyone who loves stories.
