Some Like It Swing
About
A monthly swing dance social at Genesis Cinema, with a beginner Lindy Hop class, DJ-led dancing and a late bar.
A beginner Lindy Hop class runs from 7:30 to 8:30pm, followed by social dancing until 11:15pm. The current dedicated page names Anjali & Paul for 6 November and Janet Davis for 27 November. The 29 January, 26 February and 26 March dates are also published, with no later guest names specified. The event welcomes new and experienced dancers, with swing, hot jazz, early R&B, jump blues and rock ’n’ roll. The retained 25 September event detail gives 7:30–11:15pm; 30 October remains date-only because no event-specific clock was found for that date.
