A guided history walk through Clerkenwell’s lanes and landmarks, covering the area’s monastic, Tudor and later social history.

Starting at St Paul’s, the route explores Clerkenwell’s narrow streets and historic sites, including a Norman church, a Tudor gateway and the Charterhouse, before ending at Farringdon. The official route covers stories of religious institutions, medicine, crime and local life.
