A free-flowing conversation cafe at The Nook Aberdeen offering neurodivergent adults a calm, informal space to connect and share experiences.
This conversation cafe brings together neurodivergent adults aged 16 and over who experience mental health problems, offering a relaxed setting to meet others with shared experiences. There is no pressure to speak, with listening equally welcome, and attendees can enjoy a cup of tea while building a supportive community. The session runs for one hour at The Nook in Marischal Square.
