About
OLD SAW, a collective of musicians from the northeastern United States, performs live music featuring a diverse array of instruments.
OLD SAW was formed by Henry Birdsey in 2021 as a recording project that evolved into a collective of revolving members from various corners of the northeastern United States. They make music using instruments such as organs, fiddles, tape loops, pedal steel, hurdy-gurdy, banjo, harmonicas, and bells. The band began playing live in 2026 after releasing four LPs and their latest album, The Wringing Cloth, in 2025.
