About

An intermediate and advanced Holistic Ballet class with Franziska Rosenzweig and scheduled substitute Nina Thilas-Mohs develops complex combinations, strength and coordination through barre and centre work.

For dancers aged twelve and over, this faster-paced class combines ballet technique with principles drawn from yoga, Pilates and functional anatomy. It uses more complex movements and combinations, with additional time for centre work and detailed explanations of challenging steps.
