Milonga Maitri

A weekly Friday Argentine tango milonga in central London with beginner and open-level classes, DJs, nibbles and a friendly social dance until midnight.

Milonga Maitri is Tango Amistoso's Friday-night tango social at Herbal Hill, named after the Sanskrit word for loving-kindness. Each evening begins with a beginners class at 6.30pm followed by an open-level class at 7.30pm, before the milonga itself runs from 9pm to midnight with music from a rotating line-up of DJs. Free nibbles and refreshments are provided, guests can bring their own drinks or reserve a table, and some nights feature performances by the teachers.
