About
An exhibition about the landscape paintings James Dickson Innes, Augustus John and Derwent Lees made in the Arenig valley and their contribution to Welsh art.
Between 1910 and 1913, James Dickson Innes and Augustus John formed an artistic community in the Arenig valley, with Derwent Lees occasionally joining them. The exhibition presents their radical landscape paintings and the way their work changed the visual language of Welsh art.
