NCT Medway Walk & Talk

Free, volunteer-led walks designed for new and expectant parents to socialize and support each other.

These walks are led by NCT volunteers and provide a safe and accessible route for parents to get outdoors with their babies. The event aims to improve mental health and wellbeing while helping participants make new friends and feel part of a community. After the walk, attendees can settle in the Education Room at the Visitor Centre for refreshments and playtime.
