Lanark Clydesdale Foal Show

A free indoor show where visitors can watch Clydesdale foals being prepared and performing in the ring, with Society merchandise, a raffle and refreshments.

The Lanark Clydesdale Foal Show gives spectators the chance to watch this year's Clydesdale foals being pampered and prepared before performing in the ring, often for the first time. Adult Clydesdales also appear later in the day to demonstrate how it's done. Clydesdale Horse Society items will be on sale with a raffle offering prizes, and hot and cold drinks plus snacks and meals are available. The whole event takes place indoors with free parking and free entry, and all are welcome.
