About

A theatre show about a British-born Indian woman and an Indian-born man whose love story is tested by questions of identity, heritage and belonging.

Are You Even Indian? follows a British-born Indian woman and an Indian-born man who fall in love, complete with meet-cutes, wedding dances and Bollywood jokes. As the relationship deepens, cracks emerge over questions of home, language and what makes someone truly Indian, as personal choices clash with family expectations and social labels. The show runs 1 hour and 10 minutes with no interval and is suitable for ages 10 and over.
