IWIRC London Conference 2026 - in collaboration with Octus

IWIRC London's in-person restructuring and insolvency conference with Octus, featuring a keynote, judges' panel and sessions on fraud and distressed M&A.

The IWIRC London network hosts its in-person conference in collaboration with Octus, a half-day programme centred on four main sessions. Keynote speaker Suzanne Williams QPM, a former Scotland Yard hostage and kidnap negotiation expert, draws on her career in crisis response and negotiation. A judges' panel featuring Lord Justice Zacaroli, Mrs. Justice Joanna Smith DBE, Judge Anna Elisabeth (Elspeth) De Vos and Justice Jane Dietrich explores expectations of practitioners across legal systems, alongside panels on fraud in distressed situations and distressed M&A. Delegates are then invited to a drinks reception at The Tokenhouse, Moorgate, from 5-11 pm.
