Dr Samuel Johnson Guided Walk

A guided walk explores Samuel Johnson’s life, work and the literary City of London where he lived.

The monthly walk visits places associated with Johnson, who spent most of his adult life in the City and compiled his Dictionary at Gough Square. It starts and finishes outside Dr Johnson’s House at 14:00 and lasts 75 minutes; the organiser asks participants to meet five minutes beforehand. Tickets cost £15 and must be booked in advance. No individual guide is assigned in the published schedule.
