Memories Scotland - A Wander Up Union Street Pt 2 (Central Edition)

A free reminiscence session at Central Library using archive images for a pictorial walk along Union Street, open to all.

This is the second part of a pictorial walk through Union Street, using images from the Aberdeen City Library and Aberdeen Journals archives. Starting again at Golden Square, the session heads up Union Street towards Holburn Street, looking at pictures of Aberdeen past and sharing memories of shops, cafes and events from past decades. The Memories sessions are open to everyone and are particularly beneficial for people affected by Alzheimer's, dementia, loneliness and social isolation. There are 14 places and registration is required.
