Far and Field Wine Club

A relaxed, no-jargon wine tasting club at Liskeard Library, with themed sessions including a Burgundy-only evening and a Christmas special.

The Far & Field Wine Club meets at Liskeard Library for friendly, no-pressure tastings aimed at complete beginners and casual drinkers alike. Each session samples at least six wines around a theme, with an emphasis on tasting, chatting and discovering what you enjoy rather than jargon or snobbery. The November session, A Burgundy Affair, focuses on Burgundy wines only, and the December session is a Christmas special. Sessions run 6:30–9:30pm with a maximum of 20 places per date.
