The Hut Open

The Society opens its trading hut for plant and gardening supplies, books and advice on scheduled weekends. The October 11 opening also hosts an autumn bring-and-buy; December 12–13 are announced as the final openings before the winter closure.

Across 19 published sessions at The Hut, visitors can shop for soils, seeds and equipment, borrow from the gardening library and ask local experts for advice. On October 11, visitors may also bring labelled plants, cuttings or usable garden equipment for the autumn bring-and-buy. The December 12–13 sessions are described as the final openings before winter. The venue page describes an approximate mid-December to mid-February winter closure, without exact dates.
