Left Bank hosts a Wednesday morning yoga session led by teacher Rosie, who takes a calm, therapeutic and inclusive approach aimed at helping participants stretch, strengthen and celebrate their bodies. The hour-long class includes a free hot drink to take away or enjoy in. Rosie has been practising yoga for around eight years and completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2022.
