Music & Memories is a free, open session held fortnightly at St Elvan's, running from 12:00 to 14:00. Led by Christina Reeves and supported by Interlink RCT, the sessions use music to prompt reminiscence and conversation in a welcoming group setting. Sessions are listed on 2, 16 and 30 November and 14 December 2026.
