National Rules Seminar – 20
About
A British Judo rules seminar for referees and coaches covering the 2026 rule set, IJF differences and VI/Adaptive rules tuition.
British Judo is holding a one-day rules seminar aimed primarily at referees and coaches, confirming the intricacies of the rule set finalised in 2026 and reviewing how complex rules are intended to be applied. High-level referees will deliver the content using IJF direction, outlining significant differences between IJF and British Judo event rules, with IJF feedback video used where helpful. The seminar also includes VI and Adaptive rules tuition and serves as a revalidation event for coaches and National B and above referees.
