Babes in London: Rooftop Ice, Sauna & Stories for Chill Babes w/ Casual Readers Club

A women-only autumn evening of sauna, cold plunge and a book swap hosted by Babes on Waves and Casual Readers Club at a Hackney rooftop sauna.

Babes on Waves and Casual Readers Club host a 75-minute private rooftop sauna and cold plunge session with views over Hackney, alongside unlimited tea and coffee. The centrepiece is a storytelling and book swap led by Casual Readers Club, where guests bring a book they'd genuinely recommend and exchange it for one loved by someone else. The small-group, women-only gathering is pitched as a low-pressure way to unwind and connect, suitable for both beginners and experienced cold plungers.
