About
A locally curated exhibition explores the Guildhall’s history and its continuing place in Lavenham community life.
Marking 75 years since the Guildhall entered National Trust care, this exhibition looks at why it was entrusted to the Trust and how local people shaped its next chapter, from community hub to museum. A feature explores the building’s appearances in cinema and television. The exhibition is in the Community Room on the top floor. It is included with Guildhall admission; published admission rates include £11 adult and £5.50 child aged 5–17, with under-fives free and National Trust members admitted free.
