High Force Hotel offers a relaxed Twixmas retreat between Christmas and New Year, running from 27 to 30 December. Guests stay in individually designed bedrooms with a three-course seasonal dinner each evening and a Teesdale breakfast each morning. Days are left free for winter walks to the waterfall and along the Tees, drinks by the fire, board games and unwinding in the countryside. Dinner, bed and breakfast packages are available, with preferential rates for extended stays.
