The Kolo Tamam Supper Club returns with its first guest chef, Sipan Menekse, a Hackney-raised chef who draws on his Kurdish heritage and years cooking in Italian restaurants. His menu offers a Kurdish twist on Italian classics, highlighting seasonal, hearty ingredients across four courses served with table service. The evening runs five hours, with Lebanese wine, beers, arak and cocktails available subject to licensing.
