'ADAPT' CPD: Oak National Academy Primary Music Curriculum
About
A free CPD session for primary teachers and music leads on personalising the Oak National Academy Primary Music Curriculum for their school.
This CPD session supports teachers and school leaders in adapting the Oak Primary Music Curriculum to their own school context, curriculum vision and community. Combining curriculum design with practical classroom guidance, it uses real school scenarios to explore manageable ways to adapt lessons and resources while maintaining progression, coherence and ambition. Topics include inclusive teaching, meeting a range of learning needs and engaging reluctant singers and performers. The session runs from 16:30 to 18:00 with unreserved seating and is aimed at class teachers, music subject leads and SEND-focused staff.
