A FORS and Driver CPC approved safe driving course combining a practical on-cycle session with a theory module on road risk and vulnerable road users.

FORS Professional Safe Driving is a driver training course covering road risk and the safety of vulnerable road users, delivered as two half-day modules. The practical module includes bicycle control skills and on-road riding at potential conflict points such as junctions, traffic lights and Advanced Stop Lines, giving drivers a cyclist's perspective. The theory module covers regulatory responsibilities, safe driving on motorways, rural and urban roads, and topics including driver fitness, health, distraction and impairment. The full course runs about 8 hours and completion is required for FORS/TfL registration and Driver CPC hours.
