Infant Weaning, CPR, & Choking Workshop

A two-hour hands-on workshop by Little Life Savers covering baby weaning, allergens, and infant CPR and choking first aid for parents and carers.

Little Life Savers host a practical two-hour session combining weaning guidance with first aid training. Topics include recognising when a baby is ready for solids, choosing between spoon-feeding and baby-led weaning, introducing allergens, and telling the difference between gagging and choking. Attendees also get hands-on practice of infant CPR and choking first aid. Babies under 12 months are welcome, and every attendee receives a free weaning guide.
