Craven plus La'l Tethera

A folk double bill at Hyde Park Book Club featuring cinematic folk trio Craven and Lakeland harmony group La'l Tethera.

Craven, an English and Welsh cinematic folk trio from the South West, perform traditional ballads exploring queerness, transness, solidarity and anti-war sentiment, drawing on chamber music, electronic and punk influences alongside material from their debut album 'The Fruits of Idleness, Disgrace, and Death'. They are joined by La'l Tethera, a Lakeland Fells group blending textural arrangements and close vocal harmony with English folk and a globally inspired repertoire. The evening runs from 7:30pm to 10pm in the venue's Snug.
