Fortnightly Friday evening sessions of breathwork, mantra meditation and deep rest at Winchester Quaker Meeting House.

The Resonance Room is a fortnightly Friday evening session combining guided breathwork, mantra meditation and a period of deep rest, held in a Georgian meeting house beside Winchester Cathedral. Sessions run 6.30–8.00pm and are open to ages 14 and over. A special 4 December evening features guest teacher Kripamoya Das, adding spiritual wisdom from the Bhagavad Gita and kirtan to the usual format.
