About
The London Bollywood Orchestra returns to De Montfort Hall with a concert celebrating the music of S. D. Burman and R. D. Burman.
The London Bollywood Orchestra performs a new show honouring two generations of Bollywood composers, father and son S. D. Burman and R. D. Burman. Directed by conductor Tim Pottier, the orchestra blends musicians from the West End, classical and jazz worlds, with award-winning vocalists Navin Kundra and Rekha performing the Burmans' greatest hits and lesser-known gems. The programme spans decades of Indian cinema soundtracks in rich orchestral arrangements.
