About
A talk comparing how wartime propaganda posters shaped public opinion with modern digital messaging.
Dr Nina Kruglikova discusses how propaganda posters from the First and Second World Wars used language and imagery to shape opinion and mobilize support. She is joined by Gretel Kahn from the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism to compare these historical messages with those used in the 2010s and 2020s. The event concludes with a Q&A and discussion.
