About
Practise riding the BMX track’s berms in a coached session for confident riders.
Separate groups serve ages 7–12 and 12+, following the same BMX taster curriculum. Riders must be comfortable riding while standing and at least 127 cm tall. Bike and helmet hire are included; gloves are required and may be hired for £4. Passing a taster is required for subsequent SkillSeries, RaceReady and Pay and Ride sessions.
