About
Free club for girls aged 10–16 combining beginner self-defence with creative activities, friendship and discussion.
Natalia Carriello leads self-defence training, followed by activities with The Lerato Project such as baking, crafts and discussions about confidence and wellbeing. Girls from any area can join without a referral; places must be booked. Snacks and drinks are provided.
