Paula Rego: Dog Woman

The Courtauld revisits Paula Rego’s Dog Woman pastels, exploring their powerful depictions of women and their place in her work.

This retrospective focuses on the Dog Woman series made in 1994–95, when Rego began using pastel and working with model Lila Nunes. It includes works unseen publicly in the UK since the 1990s.
