Pumpkin Picking at Thorpe Arnold

A pick-your-own pumpkin patch at Wolds Farm near Melton Mowbray, open weekends then daily through late October with free entry.

Thorpe Arnold Pick Your Own opens its fields of pumpkins, squash and gourds just outside Melton Mowbray, running weekends from 3 October and daily from 17 to 31 October, 10.30am to 5pm. Visitors can wander the rows to find carving pumpkins or squash for seasonal cooking, with wheelbarrows and trolleys provided and photo opportunities among the pumpkins. Entry and parking are free, no booking is required, and dogs are welcome; visitors pay only for what they pick.
