About

A monthly adult storytime session at The Hive where listeners relax with a hot drink and enjoy stories read aloud, with a chance to chat afterwards.

Books Aloud is a monthly gathering for adults at The Hive Library, held on the last Wednesday of the month from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. Attendees bring a hot drink, sit back and listen as stories from the library's collections are read aloud. After each session there is an opportunity to chat with fellow story enthusiasts, or simply relax quietly. The event is classed as a storytime for an adult audience.
