Understanding How To Develop A Coach Methodology

A six-hour FA approved CPD workshop for football coaches on building a coaching methodology, with six months of follow-up mentorship.

Coach Accelerator runs this hands-on CPD event at the TSG Elite Training & Performance Centre, led by Joe Morrissey, former QPR Coach Developer and Head of Product at VIA Academy, and Temisan Williams, founder of Coach Accelerator. Participants work on defining tactical principles, translating them into a game model, structuring and periodising the coaching week across a season, and designing practices that reflect matchday goals, with an introduction to the VIA Academy planning platform. The session runs six hours, is aimed at coaches aged 16+, and every attendee receives six months of continued mentorship. Registration on the VIA Academy platform (free) is required before attending.
