A fireside chat panel on AI's impact on fundamental rights, hosted by Edinburgh Futures Institute's Centre for Technomoral Futures.

This Technomoral Conversation is a fireside chat exploring how artificial intelligence is affecting fundamental rights including freedom of speech, labour rights, privacy and freedom of movement, and its impact on the wider political climate. It is chaired by Dr Zeerak Talat, Chancellor's Fellow in Responsible Machine Learning and AI at the Centre for Technomoral Futures, with panellists Javier Ruiz Diaz (Amnesty International UK), tèmítópé lasade-anderson (Glitch), Haylea Campbell (Hogan Lovells Cadwalader) and Professor Michael Veale (University College London). The 90-minute event includes time for audience questions, will be live-captioned, and is a hybrid event with in-person attendance at the Edinburgh Futures Institute.
