About

A day event at Oak Hill College where Dr Tasha Chapman shares research on pastoral sustainability and leads exercises for building resilience in ministry.

Dr Tasha Chapman, Associate Teacher on the MA in Contemporary Christian Leadership, presents research findings on self-care, spiritual formation and leadership drawn from over seven years of study at the Center for Ministry Leadership at Covenant Theological Seminary. The session explores why ministry leaders are leaving ministry and what habits can sustain healthier, fruitful long-term ministry. Participants take part in exercises towards healthy habits and receive a copy of 'Resilient Ministry' plus lunch. The event is in-person only at Oak Hill College, London.
