FSA Suffolk Autumn Networking: Neurodiversity at Forest School
About
Termly Forest School networking gathering in Felixstowe with a CPD session on supporting neurodivergent children in Forest School settings.
FSA Suffolk's termly get-together offers Forest School practitioners a chance to meet, share ideas and make connections. The session runs 11am-12noon with networking and a swap shop, followed by a CPD input from 12-2pm titled 'Forest School as a Space for Neurodivergent Children to Thrive'. Sarah and Hev share experience of creating a trauma-informed, neuroaffirming Forest School, exploring regulation, connection and practical insights for supporting neurodivergent learners. Children may attend free with their parents, who remain responsible for them; attendees should bring a mug, chair and packed lunch.
