About
A local peer support group for adults living with ADHD, offering a space to connect and discuss shared experiences in a friendly atmosphere.
This in-person meet-up is for adults seeking or having a formal ADHD diagnosis. It is a self-organised, non-profit group that provides an inclusive space for attendees to discuss their concerns and reflect on their lives. Sessions are held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, starting at 6:00 PM and concluding at 8:00 PM.
