A free private viewing opening the duo textile exhibition Power To Care by Anna Samoylova and Zulfiya Spowart at Arc Space London.

Power To Care is a two-person exhibition of textile-based work by Anna Samoylova and Zulfiya Spowart, curated by Irina Kuznik and Anzhela Popova, exploring care as a sustained, embodied practice rather than simple preservation. Samoylova uses raw calico, hand embroidery, painting and printmaking to examine motherhood and the labour of care, while Spowart translates a Soviet-era mosaic from a Tashkent kindergarten through hand-stitched linen, reclaimed fabrics and iron oxidation. The Luma listing is for the private viewing on 29 October; the exhibition then runs from 30 October to 13 November 2026, open by appointment.
