About
US alt-Americana songwriter Jeffrey Silverstein performs live in support of his album Doggone.
Jeffrey Silverstein performs in support of his album Doggone, a record blending loner-folk, cosmic country, and kraut-influenced rock. The album was recorded with Portland-based collaborators including producer Ryan Oxford, bassist Alex Chapman, and drummer Dana Buoy, and features guest vocals from Devendra Banhart on the single 'Out of Tune'. Its nine tracks explore themes of community, aging, rootedness, and the influence of place on creative work.
