OFF GRID – Wood Carving Motifs

A free hands-on wood carving workshop for young people, part of the OFF GRID monthly series, led by artist Richard Woods at The Wilson.

OFF GRID is a series of free monthly workshops for young people interested in art and creativity, each introducing a different artistic practice led by a resident artist from The Wilson. This December session focuses on wood carving: participants carve and paint their own hand-carved motif inspired by historic printmaking blocks, drawing on the museum's collection and festive themes. Sessions are small and hands-on, limited to ten places, and run from 6pm to 8pm.
