About
Wildlife campaigner Lucy Lapwing gives an RSGS talk at Kirkcaldy Old Kirk exploring how to hold love of nature and grief at biodiversity loss, drawing on her book Love is a Toad.
This Royal Scottish Geographical Society Inspiring People talk features Lucy Lapwing, a wildlife campaigner and speaker who writes about nature on Instagram and works behind the scenes on BBC Springwatch. She explores how we can carry our love of nature alongside the sadness of witnessing biodiversity decline, themes from her first book Love is a Toad. The talk weaves in encounters with UK wildlife and runs from 7:30pm to 9pm.
