Graham Little

New gouache paintings by Graham Little explore how beauty is staged and perceived through still lifes, distant figures and everyday objects.

Works made in2025–2026 draw on arrangements built in the artist’s studio from paper, found objects and posed models. Still lifes move into the foreground while figures recede into gardens and distant spaces. Mirrors, cameras, cosmetics and flowers connect the construction of images with questions about looking, imperfection and the passage of time.
