The main session, 'Live Your Legacy: The Leadership You're Building Right Now', is presented by Heidi Gibaut of HR At Work, who introduces the HR At Work Leadership Legacy Code. The interactive talk covers four building blocks of leadership legacy — values, behaviours, impact and legacy — plus personal sustainability, control versus concern, and psychological safety. The event runs 90 minutes and is open to members and non-members.
