Terrazzo Tray Eco-resin Workshop

A hands-on workshop at Boston Tea Party Cheltenham where participants mix, pour and finish their own terrazzo-style coasters or trays using eco-friendly Jesmonite.

Hosted by Amy Jackson of Piece by Jackson, this in-person craft session teaches participants to make a set of square, hexagonal or round terrazzo coasters or trays with a raised edge. Working with Jesmonite, a non-toxic water-based mix of acrylic liquid and gypsum powder, attendees choose a colour palette, create terrazzo chips, mix and pour their pieces, then wait for them to set over a drink. Everyone leaves with a goodie bag of sandpaper and sealant to finish their creations at home, and the ticket includes a hot drink and cake.
