A day retreat with breathwork led by Rob Rea, yoga with Jude, lunch, a guest conversation and a closing sound bath.
The seasonal retreat combines movement, breathing, meditation and conversation at1 Hotel Mayfair. Yoga is led by Jude, whose practice draws on several yoga styles and Pilates; Rob leads the breathwork. Lunch is included in the programme. A special guest and sound-bath facilitator are not currently named. First-time participants are welcome.
