Composting Workshops

Learn composting basics, garden compost systems and home methods including Bokashi and wormeries across a three-session course.

Free three-day courses at Octopus Community Plant Nursery behind McCall House. Book either Tuesdays 6, 13 and 20 October, noon–2pm, or Saturdays 10, 17 and 24 October, 1–3pm. Day 1 covers a site tour and composting setups; day 2 covers using compost, Hugelkultur and closed-loop systems; day 3 covers Bokashi, wormeries and the soil food web.
