A Christmas Carol - at Monocle Hull

The Three Inch Fools stage a magical new take on Dickens' A Christmas Carol in the gallery space at Monocle, Hull.

The Three Inch Fools transform the gallery space at Monocle into a Christmas theatre for their production of Dickens' classic ghost story. Set on a biting cold Christmas Eve, the show follows Ebenezer Scrooge as he is visited by the first ghost at midnight and forced to confront his past, present and future. The performance blends illusion, music and storytelling, lasts approximately 100 minutes plus a 20-minute interval, and is recommended for ages 8+ due to supernatural themes and sudden sound and lighting effects. Doors open at 6pm for pre-theatre refreshments, with the bar open until 9.30pm.
